Google Analytics Integration Guide

Overview

Connect Google Analytics to correlate AI-driven traffic with the rest of your website analytics. To set it up, you will enter your Google Analytics 4 (GA4) property ID and connect via Google OAuth.

Step-by-Step Setup Guide

  1. In Google Analytics, go to Admin (bottom left) and open the property you want to connect.
  2. Under Property details, copy the Property ID (a number, not the Measurement ID that starts with G-).
  3. Paste that Property ID into the field in AEOTrack.
  4. Click Connect Analytics — you'll be sent to Google to sign in with an account that has access to that property.
  5. Review the read-only permission on the consent screen and click Allow — you'll land back here automatically once connected.
