Check the GSTIN yourself. Open the GST portal's Search Taxpayer page and type in 27AALCV5855A1Z5 to see the business registered under it. The page asks for the number to be typed in, so a link cannot open the result directly.

support@aeotrack.io is answered by Swapnil Patle, Product Head: questions about your account, a result, the method, billing or a refund. Every message is answered within one working day. Agency and Enterprise messages go to the front of the queue. See Contact Customer Support.
Who signs the emails
- Results emails (your first result, weekly results, the weekly digest, score alerts, the free audit result and the plan-started email) come from AEOTrack and are signed by the AEOTrack team.
- Trial emails, replies from support, formal notices about your account and sales emails are signed by Swapnil Patle, Product Head, and come from an aeotrack.io mailbox that receives mail.
- Account mail (sign-up confirmation, password resets and team invitations) comes from AEOTrack. Invoices and receipts come from Stripe, the billing system.

Payments and refunds
Payments are taken by Stripe; AEOTrack never sees or stores your card number. There is a 30-day money-back guarantee on your first monthly payment: write to support@aeotrack.io within 30 days of it and it is refunded in full, for any reason. Annual plans are not covered.
