The plans

Every plan checks your tracked questions on a weekly schedule across ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Perplexity and Grok, keeps daily watch on a pinned set of questions, and includes the free audit, scores with confidence ranges, competitors, sources, the improvement plan and PDF reports. The differences are capacity, engines, cadence and the team features. Prices are the same on the pricing page and in the app; the app reads them from the same source the billing system uses.

Starter includes Search Console and GA4, the WordPress plugin, Shopify, email and in-app alerts, PDF reports, scheduled weekly checks with daily monitoring of your 3 most important questions, AI bot detection and the older tokenised Looker Studio score-history link.

Pro adds Google AI Mode as the sixth engine, Slack and Microsoft Teams alerts, GitHub pull requests, the SERP monitor, Zapier and custom webhooks, CSV export, bulk question import, the Google Sheets and Looker Studio feeds and the public API with API keys.

Agency adds white-label PDF reports and client share links, scheduled client reports, the MCP server for AI assistants, extra seats and priority support.

Enterprise adds daily checks on everything, SSO, custom engines and locales, a dedicated customer success manager and an SLA. Contact sales@aeotrack.io.

Annual billing on Starter, Pro and Agency is two months free: you pay for ten months and get twelve.

Add-ons

Add-ons are flat monthly amounts on top of your plan. Add or remove them from Settings → Billing; adding one prorates for the rest of the current period like an upgrade, and removing one takes effect at the next renewal.

Overage instead of walls

The on-demand re-check pool refreshes every month. On a paid plan, using it up does not stop you: each further re-check costs $0.50 and is added to your invoice at the end of the billing period. The Billing page shows the running count so nothing on the invoice is a surprise. If you regularly go over, a +25 pack for $5/mo is cheaper than ten overage checks.

Scheduled checks never count against the pool. The first check of a newly tracked question is also free, so adding a question never turns into "you have used your re-checks".

How the 14-day trial works

• No card. Sign up and everything is unlocked for 14 days. Nothing charges automatically when the trial ends.
• Days 1–7: Pro capacity. 3 websites, 75 prompts, 25 topics, 10 competitors, 5 seats, 6 engines, daily checks on 10 pinned questions, 60 on-demand re-checks.
• Days 8–14: Starter capacity. 1 website, 25 prompts, 10 topics, 5 competitors, 15 on-demand re-checks. Nothing is deleted: anything above the Starter ceiling stays visible, it just stops being re-checked until you choose a plan that covers it.
• Add a card, get 14 more days. Adding a payment method at any point during the trial extends it by 14 days at the same capacity rules. You are only charged when you pick a plan.
• After the trial the account becomes read-only. Every score, trend, competitor and improvement task stays visible; new checks stop until a plan is chosen.

Changing plan

Everything is on Settings → Billing.

• Upgrades apply immediately. You pay only the prorated difference for the rest of the current period; that is the only time proration applies.
• Downgrades take effect at the next renewal. You keep the current plan until then, nothing is refunded, and the Billing page shows the date the change lands. Choose your current plan again before that date to cancel a scheduled downgrade.
• Monthly to annual (or back) is a plan change like any other: the annual price starts at the next renewal unless you upgrade tier at the same time.
• Cancelling keeps the plan active until the end of the paid period, then the account becomes read-only. Nothing is deleted. There are no partial or prorated refunds for the unused part of a period. If you subscribed during your free trial and the paid period ends before the trial would have, the account returns to its remaining trial days on the normal trial terms and becomes read-only when the trial ends.

Grandfathering: older subscriptions

I was paying $29, $79 or $199. What happened to my plan? Nothing you did not choose. Subscriptions bought before 22 September 2026 are kept at their locked rate — Starter at $29/mo, Pro at $79/mo, Business at $199/mo — with the limits and features they were bought with (for example 20, 50 or 150 tracked questions). The Billing page shows "Your rate is locked at …". The Business plan is no longer sold; its successor is Agency.

Does my price change when the pricing page changes? No. An active subscription keeps the price and entitlements it was bought at until you change plan or billing period. Changing to any plan, or from monthly to annual, moves you onto current pricing and current limits for that plan.

Do I get the new higher limits on my old price? No. A locked rate buys what it always did. The prompt pack and re-check pack add-ons are available on legacy rates; the extra-website, extra-seat and Google AI Mode add-ons need a current plan. Upgrading to the current Starter, Pro or Agency is a normal plan change, prorated for the rest of the period.

Can I keep an old plan if I cancel and come back? No. A cancelled subscription ends at the period end; a new subscription is at current pricing.

Invoices

Your billing history and every invoice PDF are under Invoice history at the bottom of the Billing page. Invoices are issued by Stripe and include add-ons and any overage as separate lines. Questions about a charge: support@aeotrack.io.
