Share links and white-label reports
Client share links (Agency and Enterprise)
A share link is a read-only view of one website's dashboard at app.aeotrack.io/s/{token}: brand and domain, the AEO and GEO scores with their confidence ranges, engine coverage, score trends, the per-engine breakdown, share of voice against named competitors, the most-cited sources and the highlights (which engines name you, and your best question). No ids, no email addresses, nothing from your other websites, and nothing can be edited from it.
Create one: open Integrations → Share & embed, choose the website, give the link a label (for example "Monthly client report"), choose an expiry — 1 to 365 days, or none — and click create. Copy the link. Each link shows its view count and when it was last opened.
Client-viewer seats are free and unlimited. Anyone with the link can open it; nobody has to sign in, and viewers never count against your team seats.
Revoke a link at any time from the same panel. A revoked or expired link shows "This link is no longer available". Links pause if the plan lapses and resume when it is renewed. The page is cached for five minutes, so a fresh check appears within that.
White-label PDF reports (Agency and Enterprise)
Every plan can export the PDF report. On Agency and Enterprise it carries your branding instead of AEOTrack's:
- Settings → Company → White-label branding (owners and admins): paste a logo URL (an
httpslink to a publicly hosted image), set a brand colour (#RRGGBB), the agency name that appears on the report, and whether to hide the AEOTrack mark. - Every PDF exported from any website in the workspace now uses it — the brand report and the report PDFs alike.
- The settings are kept if you change plan; they simply stop being applied until the plan carries white-label reports again.
Scheduled client reports
Agency and Enterprise can email each client the Brand Report PDF every week or month, under your branding, from Integrations → Scheduled client reports. The scheduled client reports article covers the schedule dialog, recipients, Send now and the limits.
Tips
- A share link inside a monthly email beats a PDF attachment for clients who want to click through to the actual answers.
- A client share link's token also serves the embeddable badge, so a badge on the client's own site links straight to their shared dashboard.
- The Google Sheets feeds put the same numbers in a spreadsheet or a Looker Studio report.
