Referral program: give a month, get a month

How it works

1. Copy your link from Settings → Profile, on the Refer a friend card. Every company has one 8-character code that never changes, and the link is https://www.aeotrack.io/?ref=YOURCODE.
2. Share it. Anyone who opens the link and signs up starts the normal 14-day trial with no card; the code is attached to their new company at sign-up.
3. When the referred company pays for its first month, both companies get a month free.

The card shows three numbers: Referred (everyone who signed up through your link), Months earned (rewards applied) and Pending (signed up, not yet on a paid plan).

What the reward is

A referral is pending until the referred company's first successful payment, then rewarded. At that moment:

• The referred company's subscription gets a coupon for one month free on its next invoice.
• Your subscription gets the same coupon. If you are still on the trial when the reward lands, you get 30 more days of trial instead — the month has to land somewhere.

There is no cap: refer three teams, earn three months.

The rules

• One referrer per company. A company is referred once, by the first valid code attached at sign-up; extra sign-ups from the same company do not earn again.
• Trial-only referrals earn nothing. Until the referred company pays for a month, the referral stays pending for both sides.
• No self-referrals. Your own code on your own company is ignored.
• A mistyped or unknown code never blocks a sign-up — it is simply ignored, and no referral is recorded.
• New to AEOTrack only. The code has to be present when the company is created; it cannot be attached to an existing account afterwards.
• The reward is applied automatically by the billing system when the qualifying payment goes through. If a reward looks late, email support@aeotrack.io with the referred company's name.
• The program may be changed or ended for future referrals with notice on the referral page; rewards already earned are honoured.

Sharing during the trial

You can share your link from day one. A reward earned while you are on the trial extends the trial by 30 days; one earned after you have subscribed goes onto your next invoice.

Agencies

Refer clients who want their own account and each first paid month earns you a month. Clients you run inside your own Agency workspace are not referrals.
