GEO Tracker
What is the GEO Tracker?
The GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) Tracker monitors whether your content is featured when AI engines synthesize a broad, thematic overview rather than answering a direct brand query.
For example, instead of tracking "What is AEOTrack?", you can track "website optimization for search engines" to see if your site is featured as a key authority in AI-generated summaries.

- Mentions — The fraction of engines that included your brand out of the total queried (e.g.,
0/5). - Sentiment — The sentiment polarity of references pointing to your content.
3. Citations and Competitors
- Citation — The number of backlinks and direct references pointing to your pages within the AI summary.
- Competitors — Shows which competitor domains are featured alongside or instead of yours for that topic.
How to Track Broad Topics
- Enter Topic — Type a broad industry topic (e.g.,
"wedding cake trends") in the search input box. - Run Scan — Click the + button to add the topic to your tracking list and run the initial scan.
- Analyze Results — If your coverage is
0%, review the competitors listed and run a Site Analysis to optimize your content.
