How can AEOTrack help you?

Why is my score 0?

It is the usual first result

52 of 100 first AI visibility checks score 0 (measured on 27 September 2026 across the businesses on the platform). A 0 means no engine named your brand in any answer of your latest check: the first gate of the score never opened. It is a statement about the answers, not about your website. The engines did not fail to read your site; they answered from the sources they trust for that question, and those sources do not mention you yet.

The count can only go up from here, and the weekly re-check will show you when it does.

Since scoring version 6 (27 September 2026) a question no engine answers with any business is advice-only and left out of the headline rather than scored 0, so a 0 is a 0 on questions where a brand could have been recommended. A row marked Advice-only, not in your score is a different state; replace that question with one buyers ask by name.

Who was named instead

This is the most useful thing on the page. For every question, the Visibility Tracker row says which brands the engines recommended when it was not you, and Responses holds each answer in full. The first-result email lists the same names under Who was named instead, with how many answers named each. Those brands are not better than you; they are on the pages the engines read for that question.

Sources shows those pages: which pages each engine cited, how often, and whether any of them are yours. A source that is cited often and does not mention you is the target.

The one page to change

The improvement plan ranks fixes by expected effect. The Dashboard's first-result card has an Open the improvement plan button that takes you to the top one, and the day-2 email, the one page to change this week, carries the same task with the page, the fix and the day it will be re-checked. After that, each weekly results email repeats the current top task as One thing to do before {weekday} in a week where nothing moved. On a first result it is nearly always the same kind of task: get onto a page the engines already read for the question, a roundup, a comparison, a directory or a community thread, rather than change your own site first. Your homepage can be perfectly readable and still be one no engine names; that is the gap between the free audit's readiness grade and this score.

Do that one thing, then leave the rest until the next check. Getting named on one more question is worth more than perfecting the questions you already win. For a single question, the opportunity report goes deeper than the plan's task card.

Re-check weekly

Checks re-run weekly on their own, one live answer per engine per question, and the weekly email tells you what moved. Read the change against the ± range: a move inside it is normal variation between two checks, a move that clears it is real. The trend chart shades the range so this is visible at a glance. A manual Check again on a question is limited to once a day and uses an on-demand re-check; the first check of a new question is free.

If the trial has ended, the account is read-only and, once a month, AEOTrack re-checks three of your questions across the five engines for free and emails you what changed. Before it ends you can extend it twice, once for free; see Extending your trial.
